SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service. Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
We use Daewoo Fastex Cargo Service, Faisal Movers Cargo Service and TCS delivery system for delivery all over Pakistan. We use respective courier services depending upon the city where the order is supposed to be delivered.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS
- In-Store Pickup (In-store pickup is available 7 days a week from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Please Contact Before Coming.
- Home Delivery (We Only Deliver to Selected Cities In Pakistan; Do not offer international shipping).
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
When we receive your order, we try to ship it as soon as possible, but it still takes 2 to 3 working days.
HOME DELIVERY CHARGES
The standard delivery charges are Rs. 450/BOX
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We do not offer international delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
RETURNS AND REFUND
We accept returns/replacements for orders placed on sabri.com.pk within 2 days after receiving the product. The product must be returned in its original packing along with the order details.
HOW TO RETURN
If you wish to return an item, please contact customer service with your Order ID and they will guide you through the process. You will need to mail the items to our Multan office as indicated by our customer service team, with your Order ID indicated clearly on the outside of the package. Once your return is processed (10 days after receipt of items) we will issue a refund to the exact same mode of payment that was used at the time of purchase, minus shipping charges.
