SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service. Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

We use TCS Courier Service and Daewoo Fastex Cargo Service for delivery. We use respective courier services depending upon the city where the order is supposed to be delivered.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS

  • Home Delivery (We Only Deliver to Selected Cities In Pakistan; Do not offer international shipping).

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

When we receive your order, we try to ship it as soon as possible, but it still takes 2 to 3 working days.

HOME DELIVERY CHARGES

All Prices are Inclusive delivery Charges.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We do not offer international delivery.

DELAYED DELIVERY

If delivery delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will intimate you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

RETURNS AND REFUND

We accept returns/replacements for orders placed on sabri.com.pk within 24 hours after receiving the product. 

HOW TO RETURN

Normally return / refund case doesn’t happen because we ensure quality at maximum level but in case you receive substandard quality; please do share pictures of product; we will send you the product free of cost.

If you wish refund, please contact customer service with your Order ID and they will guide you through the process. we will issue a refund to the exact same mode of payment that was used at the time of purchase, minus shipping charges.
